The XLS Pro is not a butane extractor, but it is the ideal “pre-processing” step for that type of extraction.

Because if you load material directly into a butane extractor, you’re carrying a lot of extra plant matter that:

• Takes up space in the extractor (less productive material per cycle).

If you are attempting to quickly turn a decent heap of material into a magnificent Dry-Sift, look no further. This machine is ideal if you wish to produce Dry-Sift more regularly or in larger amounts.

This is the original dry sifting machine, invented winter 1992, released on the market in November 1994. This model is suitable for up to 500 grams of dried plant material in one go.

How it works:
Run the sifting process in an as cold as possible work environment and freeze the plant material prior to filling the drum.

Fill up the drum, place it into the machine, turn on and wait for several minutes;
Stop the machine, collect the crystals – Done!
Repeat until your material is depleted and/or your product is too green.

By default we equip every Pollinator® with a 150 µm screen drum. For other screen sizes, take a look at our Extra Drums, available for the models P150, P500 and P3000.

Pro tip:
The Pollinator® P500 fits into a top-loading freezer. You will obtain the best dry sift results at low temperatures.
Note: Beware of condensation water!
